Use any of the Go Relief products and if you are not satisfied, return the item for a full refund under our Returns Policy.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with the product you are using from the Go Relief Range and have used the product for 1 week according to the application guidelines for purposes outlined on the label, please return the unused portion with all of its original packaging and original receipt to:

 

Go Relief Pty Ltd at 44 Stellar Place, Bundoora VIC 3083.

 

The Money-Back Guarantee is valid for purchases within Australia and only applies to products purchased online from Go Relief Pty Ltd or from an authorized stockist.

 

The claim for a refund must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product.
