Shipping policy

We offer trackable domestic and international shipping.

Australia or New Zealand orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse.

 

All registered post orders are shipped with full door-to-door tracking. For all orders received by 12 noon we strive to ship them the same business day. For orders received after 12 noon we will ship them next business day, our goal is to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

 

If extenuating circumstances necessitate a change from dispatch within 24 hours, you will be advised when the product will be shipped.
